Quality

Grade, moisture, crop year, packing — written down.

Come and watch the table. Buyers purchase a lot that matches a sample and arrives inside a moisture band. Visitors see the same care: colour, length, oil, trash and stem, sorted by hand.

On the table

Sorting is the product.

Colour, length, oil, trash and stem decide whether a lot is a manufacturer’s filler or a rejection. We grade against the brief you send — or against a house scale we will share before you commit. Samples come from the same pile we intend to carton.

Grade against a brief

Colour, length, oil, trash and stem — written down before we buy, not after. If you work to a house grade code, send it. We will map it to what Pakistan can actually deliver this crop year.

Crop year, declared

Every offer names the crop. Samples are drawn from the lot we intend to ship, not from a show bale that will not travel.

Moisture in band

Leaf is conditioned into a shipment moisture band before cartoning, so it arrives stable rather than brittle or sweating.

Lab analysis on request

Nicotine, sugars, chloride and other routine chemistry can be supplied from a recent analysis of the offered lot. We do not invent a certificate you have not asked for.

Packing you can receive

C48 cartons are the default. Alternative packing is quoted when your warehouse or inland move requires it. Marks follow your instructions.

Documents that clear

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and any phytosanitary papers your destination requires — prepared for a licensed importer.

Packing

Cartons a receiving warehouse can count.

Default packing is C48 export cartons, moisture-conditioned, with lot marks that match the packing list. If your inland move or blending plant needs a different unit, say so in the enquiry. We quote the packing you will actually unload.
