How to begin
- If you buy leaf: style or grade code, volume, destination, Incoterm.
- Crop-year window and any chemistry band, if you have them.
- Packing instructions if not C48 cartons.
- If you are visiting or in the press: who you are and what you would like to know.
- A name and a way to write back. That is enough to start.
Samples and a recent lab sheet follow when the enquiry is for a manufacturing or importing desk. Everyone else still gets a human reply.
